Day 1: Arrival & Cardiff Exploration

Arrive at London Heathrow Airport
Travel to Cardiff by Coach (Approx. 3.5 hours)
Afternoon:
Room allocation, rest, catch up on sleep & adjust to jet lag

Stroll at Cardiff City Centre (High Street)
Cardiff became a city in 1905 and its city centre is the central business district of Cardiff, Wales. It is surrounded by the River Taff, Civic Centre, railway stations, and major shopping streets such as Queen Street, St. Mary's Street, and the Hayes.
Night:
Halt at Cardiff
Day 2: Kayaking Training & Cardiff Bay
Morning: Breakfast at the property followed by Day 1 of training (Kayaking) – covering basic paddling, river reading, water safety, and white-water rapids progression. Equipment provided: wetsuits, buoyancy aids, helmets, and splash jackets.
Afternoon: Working lunch followed by a continued training session.
Evening: Rest and a leisurely stroll around Cardiff Bay with a ferry ride.
Night: Overnight stay in Cardiff.
Day 3: Day 2 of Kayaking & Cardiff Sightseeing
Morning: Breakfast at the property followed by Day 2 of Kayaking
Afternoon: Working lunch and continued adventure activities.
Evening: Free time to explore Cardiff Castle, Sophia Gardens, High Street, and local shopping.
Night: Overnight stay in Cardiff.
Day 4: Outdoor Adventure in Porthcawl
Morning:
Breakfast at the property
Travel to Porthcawl for outdoor adventure activities:
Gorge Walking: Climbing, swimming, and scrambling through Brecon Beacons National Park
White Water Rafting: Experience powerful rapids
Quad Biking: Ride 90 CC quad bikes through rough terrain
Afternoon:
Working lunch / coffee break
Adventure activities continue
Evening:
Return to Cardiff, Dinner & Travel to London by Coach

Day 5: Museums & Parks in London
Morning:
Breakfast at the property
Visit Natural History Museum: Home to 80 million life and earth science specimens, famous for dinosaur skeletons and stunning architecture

Visit Science Museum: Exhibits on energy evolution, space (V2 rocket), aviation, and Clockmakers Museum
Evening:
Visit Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, The Albert Memorial
Hyde Park: Iconic vast open space with a lake, wildlife, and the famous Speakers’ Corner

Night:

Day 6: Outdoor Adventure & London Exploration
